Carlos Villarán (Tarragona, 1966), painter, currently based in the UK. He began his artistic training at the school

Fine Arts in Barcelona, where for twenty years he developed his work, marked by an obsessive love for the purity

expressive color and never forgetting the precise drawing but always filtered through the emotion of the moment.

Are its main themes the landscape, most notably his performances free of buildings marked uniqueness and

human figure, where the naked stained the entire range of colors and pictures which seeks above all the representation

the soul of the sitter.
